New Year’s Fairy Tale
Activate runes by collecting letters and earn unique rewards! The event runs until 14 February — don’t miss the fun and adventure.
¶ Rune Dust
One-time grant: Given to every level 65 character along with a unique achievement and additional inventory expansion.
Daily acquisition:
- From the VIP panel.
- From a one-time Vanguard quest (1 victory on the snowy plain).
¶ Rune Shop
- Rune Dust grants access to the Rune Shop (opened by clicking on Rune Dust).
- The shop features 8 types of runes, each rune forming a word that grants a unique reward.
- To activate a rune, collect all the letters forming the word.
- Letters are divided into 3 types:
- Common
- Rare
- Exceptional
¶ Letters
- All letters, except Exceptional ones, cannot be traded or placed in the bank.
- 3 identical Common letters can be exchanged for a Rare Letter Chest.
- Right-clicking on a Rare letter opens a shop where other Rare letters can be purchased.
¶ Letter Chests
Common Letter Chest:
- Obtained by completing Vanguard quests.
Rare Letter Chest:
- Earned through Vanguard quests in dungeons like “Shadow Sanguinary” and “Demokron Factory.”
- With a chance in jackpots of arenas: “Corsairs’ Stronghold” and “Fraywind Canyon.”
- Available for Bellicarium reputation.
- Dropped with a 100% chance from invisible bosses in Alliance areas.
Exceptional Letter Chest:
- With a low chance in dungeons: “Vault of Kaprima,” “Kalivan's Dreadnaught,” “Shadow Sanguinary,” and “Demokron Factory.”
- With a low chance from invisible bosses in Alliance areas.
- Available for purchase with Killers’ reputation.
- Starting next week, each alliance exarch will receive 1 chest with an Exceptional letter during rank awards.
