Add the TERA folder and the following files to the antivirus exclusions:
Updater.exe, Binaries/awesomium_process.exe, Binaries/TERA.exe, and Binaries/version.dll
Temporarily disable the antivirus and download TERA again.
With the antivirus still disabled, open the Launcher (Updater.exe) and try to enter TERA again.
